During our August 2026 seminar in Seymour, CT we got to see and use Bethany Engine 83 - a well-equipped pumper ready to go to work! On the business end of the pumper we found a different way of carrying a double-clappered siamese that is pre-connected to the 5-inch LDH supply line. The siamese is mounted at a height that makes it easy to deploy for most folks, while still allowing the compartment door to be opened if needed. This arrangement is important since the rig is also a rescue pumper and rescue tools are carried in that rear compartment. Nothing fancy to note here...but..."nothing fancy" almost always works just fine.
