Followers of our work know that we emphasize arranging water supply-related tools and equipment on apparatus for quick deployment with as few as people as possible. During our 16-hr Rural Water Supply Operations Seminar in Hays County, Texas we found a number of tenders outfitted with a pre-connected jet siphon in a single-length of suction hose. This arrangement allowed the tender to drop its dump tank and a ready made jet siphon at the dump site....all for quick deployment. The video clip shown below highlights the work done by the folks at North Hays Fire Rescue to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations. Good job!
