LDH - The Importance of Checking for Kinks
Email Print RSS Facebook Twitter RSS

By President Mark Davis
October 31, 2013

A simple photo to spread a simple message to all pump operators, "Always check the lines that you have just charged for kinks." Even with a 30-degree turn-down fitting, 4" and 5" LDH lines are notorious for kinking at ground level if the hose is not "flaked" out from the pump panel. While this is not a "deal breaker," it certainly restricts flow substantially. Especially at the higher flow rates.
